Sometimes when I browse Amazon or check Pinterest, I come across some beautiful, cool, and innovative products; some are functional, others are purely decorative, and some are a mix of both qualities.
What draws my attention to them is their simple design that would look beautiful on any minimalist kitchen, study, living room, bathroom, or other home space.
But since they are mostly random objects, I decided it would be a fun idea to compile them together in a list, where you can check out my findings and maybe find that minimalist design item you were dreaming of.
I enjoyed curating this list for you guys, so each month, I will make a new list with different finds; some months, there will be more random items and others less. To stay updated for new lists, don't forget to subscribe to my newsletter.
Without further due, let's check out this list!
1) JoyJolt Serene Glass Coffee Mug
No better way to start your day than with your favorite cup of coffee or warm drink especially in the upcoming fall/winter. If you plan to buy a new mug, dare to get something different from the classic ceramic mugs, this set of two mugs by JoyJolt features double insulated walls that will keep your drinks cold or hot for longer while the exterior remains cool to touch.
The cups can hold up to 7.4 ounces each, great for your morning drink; the handle is also isolated to keep your hands cool, the mugs are microwave, oven, and even freezer safe.
2) T&F Wood Alarm Clock
Before you grab your coffee, you need to wake up; this is why I love this minimalist design alarm clock; made of wood with a white finish, it can display the time, date, and temperature with LED lights.
It runs with either batteries or AC power; I prefer batteries as there are fewer cables near your bed, making it look more sleek and clean; you can adjust the light intensity or turn it off, the sleek and cute design is activated by clapping.
Many don't consider alarm clocks essential nowadays because smartphones double as alarms; one reason why I wouldn't say I like using an alarm clock in the bedroom is that the phone will be right there next to you, and the last thing you want to do before and after sleeping is checking out your phone.
3) Growled Self Watering Plant
I have talked extensively about the benefits of having plants and flowers in your home; they are not only aesthetically pleasing but also help renovate the air and create an energized environment.
But, they can also be functional plants; this self-watering planter is ideal for placing in the kitchen and growing your herbs such as parsley, mind, cilantro, etc. Alternatively, you can use it to plant regular plants like succulents or flowers.
The design features a water level indicator to let you know when to water your plants; this way, you don't have to water them as often, perfect for even the most forgetful person. Using the right amount of water will help your plants grow healthy and strong.

10) Pro-Jet Gloss White Turntable
I talked before about keeping only media mean to you; this way, you won't forget about them under a massive pile of CDs or Vinyl, so why not clean your beloved collection and give it a spin on this turntable.
I'm no audiophile, but I didn't want to suggest a random turntable just because of the design. After reading the reviews, I can confidently recommend this one; the users praise no audible defects such as motor noises, hums, or anything similar.
Set-up is easy, and the construction and finish are flawless; it is not for DJ scratching, just for regular listening, and the thin appearance should not fool you, its made of a very sturdy wooden plinth.

Switching to essential oils has been a great decision, and I'm not going back to the artificial kind; you can customize your scents to stimulate your mind, and some will keep bugs at bay.
To properly diffuse your oils, you will need a diffuser, this one by Vitruvi is made of high-quality ceramic handcrafted.
With a capacity of 100ml, it only needs ten drops to 20 drops to diffuse; you can set the diffuser for three consecutive or 7 hours with intervals. This model I choose also offers an easy way to clean, twist the ceramic covering and clean the plastic container with a cloth to remove any residual oil (always clean the diffuser after each use to avoid oil buildup, which can be a pain to clean).
